About the event

In this FREE in-person session, learn about mindfulness and the original 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) as devised by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This evidence-based program helps with:


Daily life stress, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, emotional reactivity, insomnia, and more.


Take home a practical mindfulness exercise.


NOTE: Participation in the free MBSR session is a requirement to enroll in the 8-week course. MBSR begins on Tuesday 1/28!
