About the event

Are you interested in learning about the original Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon-Kabat-Zinn? Please join Alison Restak, Qualified MBSR teacher for a free orientation/information session about the program. During this session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the mindfulness methods and approaches used in the MBSR program, ask questions, and explore whether or not the program is right for you. MBSR Course Details:

Orientation session on April 24 (7-9) FREE

Classes on Mondays: May 1 - June 19 (7-9)

All-day retreat Sunday June 9 (10-4)

Course fee: $425. Sliding scale available. Registration includes 8 weekly classes, all day retreat and all course materials (handouts and mp3 audio recordings)
