About the event
During this free orientation/ information session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the methods and approaches used in the MBSR program, ask questions, and explore whether or not the program is right for you. The MBSR program helps with:
Daily life stress
High blood pressure
Stress related disorders
Fall Cycle 2020 – Wednesday evenings

MBSR Live via Zoom
Free (mandatory) orientation session on Wednesday, September 23 (7 pm - 9 pm) Note: If you cannot make the orientation, but still want to sign up for the class, please contact: email@example.com
All-day retreat: Saturday, November 7th (9 am - 4 pm)
MBSR Course tuition: $400.
Course fee includes 8 weekly classes, all-day retreat, and access to course materials (handouts and audio recordings). Please inquire about sliding scale.
