Are you interested in learning more about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon-Kabat-Zinn?
During this free orientation/ information session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the methods and approaches used in the MBSR program, ask questions, and explore whether or not the program is right for you.
The MBSR program helps with:
Daily life stress
High blood pressure
Stress related disorders
MBSR Course Details:
Orientation session on Monday, January 6 (7-9 pm), FREE
Classes on Monday evenings: January 13 - March 2 (7-9 pm)
All-day retreat Saturday February 29 (10-4)
8-week course fee: $425. Registration includes 8 weekly classes, all day retreat and all course materials (handouts and mp3 audio recordings)
