Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based 8-week program to help manage stress, increase focus and creativity, and improve overall wellbeing. The MBSR program helps with: Daily life stress Depression Anxiety Chronic pain Emotional reactivity Sleep issues ADD/ADHD High blood pressure Stress related illnesses Fall Cycle 2022: September 14– November 2 (Wednesday evenings) 7 - 9 pm ET Live on Zoom Orientation session (free) on Wednesday, September 7 (7 pm - 9 pm) Note: If you cannot make the orientation, but still want to sign up for the class, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org All-day retreat on Saturday, October 22 (10 am - 4 pm) MBSR Course tuition: $425 Course fee includes 8 weekly classes, all-day retreat, and access to course materials (handouts and audio recordings.)
