Service Description

The MBSR program has been shown to reduce burnout, anxiety and worry, chronic pain, depression, sleep disturbance, and more. The program involves cultivating a new relationship with the challenges you are experiencing. Mindfulness helps you access your inner resources, wisdom, and innate human ability to apply non-judgmental present-moment awareness to your current situation, which has been shown to impact our lives and relationships positively. This course is being offered virtually for 2.5 hours a week across 8 weeks and one virtual retreat event. What can you expect? * 23 hours live, guided instruction in meditation practices * Meditation + mindful movement and gentle stretching * Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in daily life * individually tailored instruction * Home practice assignments * Guided audio for home practice and a workbook Early bird: $299 After October 22: $495 Sliding scale rates are available.
