About the event

During this free orientation/ information session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the methods and approaches used in the MBSR program, ask questions, and explore whether or not the program is right for you. The MBSR program helps with:

Daily life stress

Depression

Anxiety

Chronic pain

Emotional reactivity

Sleep disorders

ADD/ADHD

High blood pressure

Stress related disorders

Winter Cycle 2021 – Wednesday evenings

January 13 - February 24

7 pm – 9 pm

MBSR Live via Zoom

Free (mandatory) orientation session on Wednesday, January 6 (7 pm - 9 pm) Note: If you cannot make the orientation, but still want to sign up for the class, please contact: alison@renewmindfultherapy.com

All-day retreat: Saturday, February 20 (10 am - 3 pm)

MBSR Course tuition: $425

Course fee includes 8 weekly classes, all-day retreat, and access to course materials (handouts and audio recordings). Please inquire about sliding scale.
