About The Event
During this free orientation/ information session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the methods and practices used in the MBSR 8-week program, ask questions, and explore whether or not the program is right for you.
Orientation session: Wednesday, April 21 (7 - 9 pm)
Classes on Wednesday evenings: April 28 - June 16 (7 - 9 pm)
All-day retreat: Saturday, June 5 (10 am - 3 pm)
