About The Event

During this free orientation/ information session, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the methods and practices used in the MBSR 8-week program, ask questions and explore whether or not the program is right for you.

Course dates:

Orientation session: Wednesday, September 8, 2021  (7 - 9 pm)

Classes on Wednesday evenings: September 15 - November 3 (7 - 9 pm)

All-day retreat: Saturday, October 23 (10 am - 4 pm)
